Matt, a Long Island, NY native, is a longtime Martial Artist and fight fan, with years of experience in the fight industry. His background includes fighting, competing, owning a Martial Arts school, training with fighters, managing fighters, and founding combat sports site NewYorkFighting.com. Matt is also a Brown belt in Brazilian Jui-Jitsu.

On this show, the guys talk to Sidney Outlaw, who will be fighting Friday at Ring of Combat. Sidney gives the low down on his fight camp and what we can expect to see from him on Friday.  

Next on the line is Liam McGeary (11-1), who is fighting in Ireland at Bellator 173. Liam's fight camp sounds a bit more lax, but the guys uncover something that Outlaw and McGeary have in common!

Jared "Flash" Gordon (11-1) joins TFC to talk about his upcoming fight at CFFC 63 on 2/18.  Jared will be fighting Bill Alego for a featherweight title shot.  Sergio will also be fighting at Saturday and reveals his game plan.  They chatted about "Dana White: Lookin' for a Fight" being at CFFC, the crap talking, fight predictions, and their history.

Rafael "Sapo" Natal comes to the studio right after to talk about UFC 208, his training, his new academy, and much more.  Sapo is a Brazilian mixed martial artist who competes in the middleweight division of the UFC. He became pro in 2005, and mostly fought in the Ring of Combat promotion before joining the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

The Fight Cave introduces a new series: "Evolving Athletes" with Fight Shape Tony Ricci.  Tony will cover everything you need to know about fight performance and nutrition.  

In this second episode, @FightShape_Ricci explains the hex bar deadlift.  He explains what muscles it targets, ways to make it harder, what exercises to pair it with, the purpose, the effects, and more!

Tony Ricci is a professor at Long Island University, a former competitive Olympic lifter, Mr. Eastern USA bodybuilding champion, and holds Black Belts in multiple combat disciplines.  He has his MS. in Sports Science from the United States Sports Academy and MS. in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.

Fight News with Kyle Antonelli of NewYorkFighting.com talks about the Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather fight.  He explains how McGregor's contract with the UFC may have a loop hole.  He goes into detail about the Ali Act, and how it would affect the chances of this notorious fight.
